A name or location entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its response. Search terms are not logged or retained by us.

No database of personal criminal-record information is maintained, compiled, or sold here. The site publishes general directions to Sumter County records held by SCSO, the Circuit and County Courts, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement repository, and the Florida Sexual Offender/Predator Public Registry. Government disclosure is governed by Florida Public Records Law, principally Chapter 119, and FDLE dissemination by section 943.053, Florida Statutes. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report or a record about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
